Our first member sharing session of the year by Daryl Yeo takes us to the far flung white worlds of Falkland Islands, Antarctica and Inner Mongolia!
Being a seasoned nature photographer with many expeditions to harsh environments under his belt, Daryl started off with a thorough introduction to each region with a break down of routes taken and mores importantly - tips on making the most of your time there.

Many of these places covered are only accessible after multiple overlanding and crossing the seas despite already sustaining long haul flight itineraries prior.
Breath-taking as it may be to take in the rising and setting of the Sun in the open waters - it is also a stark reminder of how menacingly short or arduously long the days can be so far off the equator in throwing off your effective working time with the camera.
